Default Vortech supercharger with Electirc water pump queston

I am considering putting on a electric water pump on my car. If I do this the only accessory for my crank to drive will be the alternator. How are you guys adjusting the tension on the alternator to do this? I would like to keep the alt under the blower where the vortech bracket relocates it, but there is no way to adjust tension. Just wondering if there is some type of "trick" or If I should just relocate the alt up to where the PS pump was and use a March bracket or one of the summit ones. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks. Lee
