Default Crank support question

I am Setting up the srank support shaft and can't get it centered. I am using a dial indicator on the support shaft where the berring would ride. The closest I have been able to get it to center is .010" It is a procharger crank support, 77t cog with ATI hub and ballancer. At first when I bolted the support shaft thru tha cog to the ballancer hub I have a slight wobble with the cog. After taking some measurements the hub snout was coming into contact with the support shaft. After a little machine work I can get it tight now but still can not get it within .010 centered. Anyone else run in to this or have a solution?
