Default Big Stuff 3 Idle

I've got a friend with a blown hemi that I have been helping out with his tune. We are having trouble with the idle. With the idle set where he wants it (800rpm), the motor stalls when we drop it into gear from park or neutral. If we crank the idle up (1400) it doesn't stall but really wacks the converter/drivetrain. Anyone know how to go about getting this part of the tune corrected? I have been flipping through the manual and playing with the software to no avail. The IAC doesn't operate like the ford EECs (duty cycle, IAC airflow) I am used to tuning. It appears to be a function of TPS only which I cannot wrap my head around. Any insight would be appreciated thanks in advance.
