Re: 26" to 28" slick, which gear comes close?

so by me stepping to a 28 tire lowers my rpms 165
6923-6758=165
& by stepping my gear up to 4.10 adds that 165 rpms back

& by stepping up to 4.30s adds 164 rpms on top of the 4.10s....
